<br /> WHERElIS, the Clerk/Administrator has prepared an annual bldget and the city Council has
<br /> met several times for the purjXl5e of discussing the Budget; and
<br /> WHERElIS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota statutes requires that the City hold a
<br /> public hearing to adopt a bldget; and
<br /> WHERElIS, the city Council has held a public hearing and has concluded the Budget as
<br /> prepared is appropriate.
