<br /> - CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-04 <br /> RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS <br /> WHEREAS, the Norwest Bank Minnesota, N.A. is the depository in <br /> which funds of the City of Arden Hills may be deposited, and a <br /> corporate resolution with respect thereto is presently in effect <br /> authorizing the deposit and withdrawal of funds; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and supplement <br /> said corporate resolution with the following resolution: <br /> RESOLVED, <br /> 1. Anyone of the following persons: <br /> Frank C. Green, Treasurer <br /> Tammy W. Swanson, Deputy Treasurer <br /> Gary R. Berger, Clerk Administrator <br /> is authorized on behalf of this corporation to give instructions <br /> by telephone to the NORWEST BANK MINNESOTA, N.A. , to transfer <br /> - funds on deposit with the bank: <br /> a. to other accounts of this corporation with the bank; or <br /> b. to other accounts of this corporation with other banks. <br /> 2. The bank is authorized to act on such telephonic <br /> instructions received by it from anyone who represents <br /> himself to be any of the above-named persons whether or not <br /> his voice resembles the voice of such person. <br /> 3. The bank is authorized in its sole discretion to refuse to <br /> honor telephone instructions and to insist upon written <br /> instructions signed by anyone of the persons named in <br /> paragraph 1 of this resolution. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL THIS 2ND DAY OF JANUARY, <br /> 1992. <br /> Thomas R.
