Deputy Clerk Iago reported the state Gaming Board advises the premise permits are issuErl for a two year time period, from date of approval by the state. Iago reported the City has no recourse to rescind an application for premise permits . once the permit is issuErl by the state; it would be more appropriate to delay the approval of the permit until the applicant is in compliance with the Ordinance, rather than attempt to rescind the permit after issuance.
