Council =ncurred to take formal action on this lllatter <br /> at the January 2, 1992 meeting. <br /> REPORI'i ISO Fire O1.ief Winkel reported on the letter received from <br /> FIRE ISO Conunercial Risk Services, Inc" dated 12-19-91, <br /> RATING relative to the city rating at Class 5. <br /> Winkel expressed his disappointment in the rating and the fact it will result in <br /> a reduced fire insurance rates for many insured cammercial properties in the <br /> district, . <br /> Councilmember Malone expressed disappointment that the city was not rated <br /> individually, but rather the rating was based on the entire district. <br />
