(5-0) RES. #91-74; Council was referred to a memorandum from the Clerk 1992 CXMPENSATION Administrator dated 12-26-91, outlining the 1992 PIAN, NONUNION Compensation Plan for Non-Union Eillployees, EMPIDYEE'S Malone moved, secorrled by Growe, to adopt Resolution No. 91-74, ADOPI'JNG TIIE 1992 CXMPENSATION PIAN FOR NONUNION EMPIDYEES. Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) RES, #91-75i Council was referred to a memorandum from the Deputy REVISED PERMIT Clerk dated 12-24-91, reconunending revised pennit fees FEES, PlANNING for Planning Commission applications. Malone moved, secorrled by Hicks, to adopt Resolution No. . 91-75, REVISING PERMIT FEES FOR APPLICATIONS UNDER CITY ZONING AND SUBDIVISION <XlDES, effective January 2, 1992. Motion carried unan:iJnously. (5-0) DISCUSSION; Council was referred to a memorandum from the Clerk o::M1ITI'EE Administrator dated 12-24-91, regarding the 1992 city APFOIN'IMENrS staff and Committee Appointments. The following reconunendations were lllade by Councilmembers: Public Safety/Works Committee - add Bill Gillies. Parks & Recreation Committee - delete Keith Enroth and add Lynette Kriedler. Planning Commission - delete Dorothy Zehrn and add steve Erickson. Council directed staff to =ntact Mark Literski to detennine his interest in serving on the Human Rights Commission or Public Safety/Works Committee, rather than Planning Commission. Council =ncurred to take formal action on this lllatter at the January 2, 1992 meeting. REPORI'i ISO Fire O1.ief Winkel reported on the letter received from FIRE ISO Conunercial Risk Services, Inc" dated 12-19-91, RATING relative to the city rating at Class 5. Winkel expressed his disappointment in the rating and the fact it will result in a reduced fire insurance rates for many insured cammercial properties in the district, . Councilmember Malone expressed disappointment that the city was not rated individually, but rather the rating was based on the entire district.
