PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION AND CONFERENCES: <br /> " <br /> I, We propose to make a complete study of the matter of street reconstruction and <br /> I, resurfacing within the limits of your village where sanitary sewer construction <br /> I was carried out in 1960 and 1961. <br />" <br /> ! <br />'I' We will make altemate reconnnendetions and discuss these reconnnendetions with <br />. ~ I <br />~ I the various interested citizens groups from your village so designated by the <br />'!I Council. <br />If! ,-' <br />'I! We will calculate preliminary construction costs based on the various alternative <br />'I' procedures established by the council and the citizens connnittees and will prepare <br />'I <br /> I, preliminary maps and plans indicating the extent and nature of any proposed street <br />~ ' program. <br />,,' <br /> I' <br />:,1 We will attend conferences or preliminary hearings for the various improvement <br />II programs or districts which your council elects to consider for construction. <br /> I <br /> I We will prepare the necessary data and preliminary information and attend improve- <br /> ment hearings for the va..rious areas concemed with such contemplated street con- <br /> struction. <br />" <br />,I For this work we shall receive a fee equal to one and one-half (1J,;%) per cent <br />,I of the. cost of construction. <br /> 2.
