Options and Motion Language <br />The Planning Commission reviewed this application at their March 6, 2024, meeting. At that time, <br />they recommended approval as presented of Planning Case 24-003 to install an eight (8) foot tall <br />security perimeter fencing in front of the principal structure at 1230 Red Fox Road and 1221 <br />Cummings Park Drive by a 6-0 vote. The following are motion language options for the City <br />Council to consider. <br />• Approval as Submitted: Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-017, approving Planning Case <br />24-003 for a Site Plan Review to allow security perimeter fencing in front of the principal <br />structure at 1230 Red Fox Road and 1221 Cummings Park Drive, based on the findings of <br />fact and submitted plans in the April 8, 2024, Report to the City Council. <br />Approval with Amendments: Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-017, approving of Planning <br />Case 24-003 for a Site Plan Review to allow security perimeter fencing in front of the <br />principal structure at 1230 Red Fox Road and 1221 Cummings Park Drive, based on the <br />findings of fact and submitted plans in the April 8, 2024, Report to the City Council with <br />amendments: a specific reason should be included with all amendments. <br />Denial: Motion to deny Planning Case 24-003 for a Site Plan Review to allow security <br />perimeter fencing in front of the principal structure at 1230 Red Fox Road and 1221 <br />Cummings Park Drive, based on the following findings: findings to deny should <br />specifically reference the reasons for denial and why those reasons cannot be mitigated. <br />Table: Motion to table Planning Case 24-003 for a Site Plan Review to allow security <br />perimeter fencing in front of the principal structure at 1230 Red Fox Road and 1221 <br />Cummings Park Drive: a specific reason and information request should be included with <br />a motion to table. <br />Notice <br />Notice was published in the Pioneer Press on March 27, 2024.
