Johanna Shores Concept Review <br />Mr. Fletcher stated that Presbyterian Homes has been in Arden Hills for 69 years. He would like <br />to talk about the redevelopment of the McKnight Care Center, which was built in 1975. It <br />includes 208 care suites and the building is showing its age. The mechanical system and layout <br />are not good. In 2010 the campus entered into a PUD with 410 apartments, they are proposing to <br />retain that amount of density, but lower the built environment. They are proposing to demolish the <br />McKnight Care Center and replace it with a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility. It is currently <br />
