' - <br /> . , - <br /> . . . . <br />. <br /> SUTE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> SANImy SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 5 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE I1IBTALIATION OF THE <br /> SANITARY SEWER S"YSTEM TO BE KNOWN AS SAlI1ITARY <br /> SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 5~ AND ACCEPTING BID THEREON <br /> WHEREAS~ a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 30th day of <br /> October~ 1961~ fixed a date for a Counoil hearing : on the 27th day of <br /> November~ 1961~ at 8100 o'olock P. M. in tha Village Hall, for a publio <br /> hearing on the advisability of instalJ1ng.ng a ,smitary sewr system in the <br />. area in the Village of Arden Hills located generally on the Northeasterly <br /> intersection of HAm11ne Avenue and County Road E~ and described as follows~ <br /> to-wit: <br /> That portion of swi of SEi of Section 27, Township 30, <br /> Range 23~ lying southerly of Minneapolis~ St. Paul and <br /> Sault Ste. Marie Railway Company's right of way~ all <br /> in the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, MiImesota~ and <br /> WEEREAS~ said Resolution was based upon plans and epecif'ieations for <br /> said Sanitary Sewer Installation prepared by the Villaga Enginser and approved <br /> by the Council, which plans and specifications indicated that the oonstl'llct- <br /> ion would involve the installation of approximately 1,050 lineal feet of <br /> sanitary sewer varying in size from 8 inch to 12 inoh~ together with <br /> apP11rtenances~ and <br /> WHEREAS~ ten days' publiShed notice of the hearing through two weakly <br /> publioli4tions of the notice was duly given and the hearing was )1eld thereon <br />. on the 27th day of Ma.rch~ 1961~ at whioh time all persons desiring to be <br /> heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and <br /> WHERE:AS, John Rysgaard and Oscar Husby, representing Husby Properties~ <br /> Inc., were present at said hearing and stated that they, representing two <br /> of the property owners involved~ favored said improvement. The Counoil was <br /> further advised by Mr. Husby that Walter Stepnitz~ a third property owner <br /> involved~ was also in favor of the improvement. There were no statements <br /> in oppoaition to the improvement~ and <br /> - 1 .. <br />
