'J:. <br /> _ --'.J <br /> . <br /> S rA TE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILIB <br /> . <br /> SANITARY SE\iER IMPRCJV'EMB:NT NO. 5 <br /> RESOLUTION RECEIITDfG REPORT OF VILLAGE ENGINEER, CALE.ING <br /> PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT, APPROVING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WEREFOR, AND ORDERING ADVERTISING FOR BillS. <br /> ~1HEREAS, Bamster Engineering Co., consulting engineers for the Village, <br /> have submitted to the Council plans and specifications for Sanitary Sewer <br /> Improvement No.5. a description of ..hich is hereinafter set forth, ..hich <br /> plans and specifications detail the proposed improvsment of a parcel of prop- <br /> . erty in Arden Hills located generally on the northeast intersection of County <br /> Road E and Hamline Avenue by constructing therein a Sanitary Sewer. and <br /> WIlEE/EAS, said consulting engineers for the Village have further report- <br /> ed to the Council that the proposed improvement is feasible and should be <br /> made upon the basis proposed, and have further reported to the Council on the <br /> estimated cost of said improvement. all of which reports have been received <br /> by the Council this 30th day of October. 1961 and <br /> WHEREAS. it appears to the Council that the improvement of said area <br /> by establishment therein of a sanitary sewer system is urgently necessary by <br /> reason of the commercial enterprises being located therein. and by reason of <br /> the unanimous request of the property OlffierS involved herein. <br /> Note! THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of Arden Hills. <br /> Minnesota : <br /> -.
