EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2024-018 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT <br /> FOR THE 2024 CIPP LINING ROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 2024 CIPP Lining Project, bids were <br /> received, opened, and tabulated according to the law, and the following bids were received complying <br /> with the advertisement: <br /> Hydro-Klean, LLC $505,280.00 <br /> InsituformTechnologies $529,284.30 <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Hydro-Klean, LLC of Des Moines, Iowa, is the lowest responsible <br /> bidder. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract <br /> with Hydro-Klean, LLC of Des Moines, Iowa in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the 2024 <br /> CIPP Lining Project according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City <br /> Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
