He advised that eventually the soil borings would <br /> need to be done and if they were done now, the results would <br /> not change even if the reconstruction project were delayed. <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Hicks, to authorize the City <br /> Engineer to perform soil borings on West Round Lake Road <br /> at a cost not to exceed $2,000, Motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> KEITHSON POND <br /> . Councilmember Hicks advised Engineer Graham that one item <br /> which he would like Graham to be prepared to address at the <br /> upcoming Keithson Pond public hearing is the size of the <br /> watershed district which contributes to the pond. <br />
