Winkel added that temporary full time help may be needed in the Public Works department to cover Fred's extended absence. Winkel also noted that the issue of extended sick leave for Fred must be addressed. MEDIATION Councilmember Mahowald referred to a letter from Karen Olsen, Labor Relations Associates regarding the mediation session for the issue of holiday pay for November 1 , 1991. Clerk Administrator Berger advised that the mediator suggested ~._L the City develop a policy covering snow days.
