I enclose <br />. a map showing the Zafke property, outlined in yellow, and <br />containing 3 acres. Our asking price on that property is $115,000. <br /> <br />Our asking price on the Pentair property, the 8-acre parcel with <br />frontage to I-35W, is priced at $1.75 per square foot. Either of <br />those parcels could present a nice package to a developer when <br />combined with yours. <br /> <br />The Zafke property is held in Trust for some very elderly <br />relatives, and their representative is very motivated to sell the <br />land and get out of under the tax burden.
