Develop RFP and mail to 16 architectural firms who <br /> submitted letters of inquiry (Completed) <br /> 2. Structure interview and selection process for five <br /> finalist firms (Complete March 23, 1992) <br /> 3. Items 1 - 3 on RFP (Complete August 3, 1992) <br /> 4. Public hearing process (Complete October 31, 1992) <br /> 5. Items 4 - 5 RFP (Complete January 1, 1993) <br /> 6. Construction of city Hall (Complete January 1, 1994) <br /> BUDGET <br />. $20,000 budget in 1992 for steps 1 - 3 in RFP <br /> STANDARDS <br /> Performance will be measured by timely completion of <br /> documents provided by the architect quality and content in <br /> steps 3 - 6 <br /> PERFORMANCE MEASURE <br /> Observation of successful completion of City Hall/Public <br /> Works/Parks and Recreation facility. <br />. <br />
