This pay estimate represents final quantities for the entire project, as all <br /> punchlist items were successfully completed this week. The final construction cost for this proj ect <br /> was $230,237.91. The contract price, including the necessary change order for additional <br /> . subgrade excavation work was $242,504. This [mal construction costs represents a reduction of <br /> 5. I % of the contract price.
