CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 289 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING FEES. <br /> The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Article IV, <br /> Sections 11-31 of the Arden Hills City Code is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> IV. Residential Recycling Service Fee. <br /> 11-31. Imposition of Fee. Except as herein provided, a <br /> residential recycling service fee is hereby imposed on the owners <br /> of all residentially occupied property within the City. The owners <br /> of multiple family dwellings and the owner of the manufactured home <br /> park may be exempt from such fee upon furnishing proof, in a manner <br /> satisfactory to the City Administrator, that such owners have <br /> contracted for the collection of recyclable materials. Proof of <br /> such alternate service shall be submitted no later than July 15, <br /> 1992, and shall indicate that a contract has been entered into for <br /> the succeeding calendar year. The total number of residential <br /> dwelling units less the total number of exempt residential dwelling <br /> units, shall hereinafter be referred to as the total number of <br /> assessable residential dwelling units. <br /> . Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective on <br /> . <br /> Adoption Date.
