He said that when the <br /> City Engineer released the bond, the drainage issue was not <br /> resolved. Fi 11 a commented that an outlet to the Reiling <br /> property was always intended and now the City is taking <br /> action to obtain the easement for the outl et through <br /> condemnation proceedings.
