RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 92 - 23 <br /> - <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RESIDENTIAL <br /> EQUIVALENT ASSESSMENT RATE FOR <br /> STREET RECONSTRUCTION <br /> WHEREAS, the City Assessment Manual outlines the methods of determining <br /> that the residential equivalent assessment rate shall be based on <br /> 50% of the cost of street reconstruction plus all associated <br /> overhead costs for a typical residential street section and 100% <br /> of the cost of storm sewer improvements. <br /> WHEREAS, the reconstruction of Tiller Lane requires storm sewer <br /> improvements. soil s correct ion and street improvements as <br /> presented at the February 10. 1992 public hearing for said <br /> improvem9nt. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council shall establish, by resolution. the residential <br /> equivalent assessment rate on an annual basis as determined by <br /> comparable project data available to the City, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,' BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> . Hills. Minnesota: <br /> l. The residential equivalent assessment rate for street reconstruction <br /> improvements constructed in 1992 shall be $29.27 per assessable front <br /> foot. <br /> Passed and adopted this 30th day of March, 1992. <br /> ATTEST: Tom Sather, Mayor <br /> Cathy lago, Deputy City Clerk <br /> . <br />
