GRAHAM Mc/ <br /> SUBJECT: ROUND LAKE ROAD WEST FEASffiILITY STUDY <br /> DATE: APRIL 8, 1992 <br /> FILE NO: 520-034-10 <br /> Please find attached the feasibility study for improvements on Round Lake Road West from State <br /> Trunk Highway 96 to 14th Street N.E. This feasibility study discusses several options for <br /> improvements on the roadway, including reconstruction and cold in-place recycling (CIR) of the <br /> existing surface followed by a bituminous overlay. The estimated project cost for these options <br /> range from $97,900 to $368,300. The report concludes that a CIR project is the best alternative to <br />. improve the roadway. <br /> As these improvements are not programmed for 1992, the City's Assessment Manual allows <br /> assessment of 100 % of the total project cost to benefiting property owners. <br /> Also attached are two resolutions for your review and consideration at the April 13, 1992 City <br /> Council meeting. The first resolution receives the feasibility study and orders a public hearing be <br /> scheduled for the project.
