3. The owner of an property so assessed may, at an time prior to certification of the , Y p P Y Y� Y assessment to the County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such property, with interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City, except that no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of the assessment. The owner may at any time thereafter, pay to the City the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to December 31 of the year in which such payment is made. Such payment must be made before November 15 or interest will be charged III through December 31 of the succeeding year. 4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the count auditor p Y to be extended on the property tax lists of the county. Such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxes. 5. Pursuant to City Council Resolution No. 2024-23, the hearing on the assessment for the property located at 1570 McClung Drive shall be on May 13, 2024, in the Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, following notice to the owner as set forth in said Resolution. 6. The City Council will consider the objection to the amount of the proposed assessment for the property located at 1370 Colleen Avenue on May 13, 2024, in the Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, following notice to the owner of said hearing as required by Minnesota Statutes § 429.061, subd. 2.
