Arden Hills Council 5 April 13, 1992 <br /> <br />;3ALARYJtlCREASE FOR <br />~~NIOR ACCOUNTING CLERK <br /> <br />Council reviewed ~ performance evaluation and report from <br />Acting Clerk Administrator Iago recommending a salary <br />increase to $27,501 annually for senior Accounting Clerk, <br />Jane Lund.. <br /> <br />MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Growe, to approve a salary <br />increase for senior Accounting Clerk, Jane Lund, to <br />$27,501 annually, as outlined in the 1992 Salary Plan, <br />step 5, effective on Ms. Lund's anniversary date. <br />Motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br /> <br />PERMANENT STATUS AND SALARY INCREASE <br />FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY <br /> <br />Council reviewed a performance evaluation and report from <br />Acting Clerk Administrator Iago recommending that <br />Administrative Secretary, Tery Shields, be placed on <br />. permanent employee status and be granted a salary increase <br />to $24,365 annually. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mahowald moved, seconded by Growe, to approve permanent <br />employee status and a salary increase for <br />Administrative Secretary, Tery Shields, to $24,365 <br />annually, as outlined in the 1992 Salary Plan, Step 4, <br />effective April 7, 1992. Motion carried unanimously <br />(4-0) . <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />FIRE SERVICES CONSOLIDATION <br /> <br />Councilmember Malone commented that he has some serious <br />concerns regarding the possibility of consolidating fire <br />protection service because he understands that in so doing <br />Arden Hills' share of costs would actually be drastically <br />increased. <br /> <br />ARDEN PLACE DRAINAGE <br /> <br />Councilmember Malone asked Engineer Graham the status on <br />Arden place drainage improvement. Graham said he has <br />ordered survey work on Arden place to determine property <br />boundaries. <br /> <br />. <br />
