Depending on how much of the . ~quipment is in stock, we should.be able to b~gin installing It by the end of the month. I wl11 keep you lnformed. 2. I have enclosed a draft resolution for your city councils' consideration. Although there are now three cable regulation bills in the House sUb-committee, there doesn't seem to be a strong sub-committee consensus yet on how strong the legislation should be. As you can imagine, they are being lobbied heavily by the cable industry, the telephone industry, the broadcast industry, etc. Unfor- tunately, cable consumers seem to have gotten lost in the shuffle.
