No. 92-29, AuthoriziD1 <br /> Issuance of Revenue Bonds <br /> At the regular meeting held on November 25, 1991, Council conducted a <br /> public hearing and granted preliminary approval of the sale of revenue <br /> bonds by adopting Resolution No. 91-67; Giving Preliminary Approval to a <br /> Municipal Housing Pro:jram and Amendment to Housing Plan to Provide <br /> Financing and Refinancing for a Senior Housing Development and the <br /> Issuance by the city of Revenue Bonds therefore on behalf of the <br /> Presbyterian Hennes of Minnesota, Inc. <br /> The next step in the process requires adoption of the attached <br /> Resolution No. 92-29. <br /> . Attorney Filla has reviewed all documents and will be present at the <br /> meeting to discuss any concerns. <br /> This item is placed on the Consent Calendar, since it is a routine item <br /> of business.
