P.E. rT"'1 <br /> RE: Ti 11 er Lane Assessment Heari ng <br /> DATE: April 20. 1992 <br /> FILE: 520-028-58 <br /> The assessment hearing for the Tiller Lane Street Improvements Project is <br /> scheduled for the April 27. 1992 Council meeting. <br /> Bids were received on March 19th. 1992 for the project. with the low bid <br /> submitted by F.M. Frattalone. Inc. Based on the bid received. the estimated <br /> assessment rate. presented at the public hearing of $35.28 can be reduced <br /> approximately l7% to $?~.27 per front foot. This rate was adopted by <br /> resolution at the March 30, 1992 Council meeting as the 1992 residential <br /> equivalent assessment rate for street reconstruction. <br /> The revised assessment roll is attached which shows proposed assessments <br /> . based on $29.27 per front foot. <br /> Following the close of the assessment hearing. it would be appropriate for <br /> the City Council to consider the two attached resolutions. The first <br /> resolution adopts the final assessment roll as approved by the City Council. <br /> The second resolution accepts the bid from F.M. Frattalone.
