Also note: <br /> . They are self-starters who work independently without direct <br /> supervision. <br /> . Each individual has special talents and training that benefit the <br /> department and the City: <br /> WINKEL - Has received training and obtained Certification and <br /> is also a Licensed Olemical Person. <br /> FULLER - Has good mechanical training and skills. He is <br /> responsible for mintenanoe of motor vehicles, mowers <br /> and small engine equipment. <br /> BELL - Has good skills in turf mintenance and does all the <br /> fine grading of parks and ball fields. <br /> . Each person serves as a work foreman; training, assigning tasks and <br /> supervising the seasonal errq:Jloyees. <br /> Salarv Historv <br /> 1990 Salary - $13.07 per hour <br /> * 1991 Salary - $13.27 per hour <br /> . <br /> * The 1991 Salary is 5 percent above the 1992 step 5 City Pay Plan. <br />
