CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RFSOLUTION 92- 36 <br /> A RFSOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE <br /> 1992 KEITHSON AREA STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council Resolution, competitive bids were solicited and received <br /> for the 1992 Keithson Area Storm Sewer improvement as set forth in the bid <br /> tabulation attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the responsibility of the <br /> bidders and determined that Machtemes Construction, Inc. is the lowest responsible <br /> bidder; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. The Mayor and the Acting Clerk-Administrator are authorized and directed to execute, on <br />. behalf of the City, such contract with Machtemes Construction, Inc. as is approved by the <br /> City Attorney for the completion of the 1992 Keithson Area Storm Sewer improvement <br /> according to the approved plans and specifications. <br /> 2. The Acting Clerk-Administrator is authorized and directed to forthwith return to all bidders <br /> the deposits made with their bids upon execution of the contract above specified. <br /> Passed and adopted this 27th day of April, 1992. <br /> Tom Sather, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Catherine Iago, Acting Clerk-Administrator <br />. <br />
