<br /> , I <br /> . <br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> June 8, 1992 <br /> 7:30 P.M. - City Hall <br /> c:ALL.nl'Q__QRJJERLROLL..~bH. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Sather called <br /> to order the regular City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Thomas Sather; councilmembers JoAnn Growe, <br /> Dale Hicks, Thomas Mahowald, Paul Malone. Also present <br /> were: City Attorney, Jerry Filla; City Planner, John <br /> Bergly; City Engineer, Mark Graham; Parks Director, John <br /> Buckley; Public Works Superintendent, Dan Winkel; Acting <br /> Clerk Administrator, Catherine Iago; Recording Secretary, <br /> Foster. <br /> ADOPT AG~~DA <br /> At Councilmember Malone's suggestion, Council agreed to move <br /> "Public Comments" from before to after this evening's <br /> . "Public Hearings" and to combine the Improvement Hearings <br /> for Dunlap Street and West Round Lake Boulevard Improvements <br /> since specifics for those projects are very similar. <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Hicks, to adopt the June 8, <br /> 1992 agenda changing the order of "Public Comments" and <br /> combining hearings for Dunlap Street and West Round <br /> Lake Boulevard. Motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> APPROVAL OF. COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Mahowald, to approve the <br /> minutes of the May 26, 1992 Regular Council Meeting as <br /> prepared. Motion carried unanimously (5-0) . <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Councilmember Malone noted that Consent Calendar item "a" <br /> regarding Pot-O-Gold Bingo Hall License Renewal should be <br /> approved pending acceptable background investigation. <br /> Malone asked to remove item "c" (Acknowledging Receipt of <br /> Budget Information) from the Consent calendar and discuss it <br /> under "Council Comments". <br /> . MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Growe to approve the Consent <br /> Calendar, with the exception of item "ell, and authorize <br /> execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br /> Motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />
