You have previously received information on The <br /> Brimeyer Group regarding our experience and background in pub] ic sector management. I will <br /> be responsible for managing the assignment and I look forward to once again working with the <br />. City of Arden Hills on this very worthwhile project. <br /> OUR UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR ASSIGNMENT <br /> You are currently in the process of filling the position of City Administrator and have decided <br /> to proceed as expeditiously as possible. You have asked us to assist you in developing a <br /> Position Profile. We will also be involved in the direct recruiting of candidates, the screening <br /> of candidates, and present to you a list of 5-7 candidates from which you will choose 3-4 for <br /> interviewing. Typically, the salary range for a City Administrator is $42,000 to $52,000, <br /> however, it is generally understood and accepted that with the additional responsibilities in <br /> Arden Hills the starting salary would be more in the $45,000 to $50,000 range. The additional <br /> responsibilities will include supervision of the Director of Public Works and the Parks and <br /> Recreation Director plus general management responsibilities. <br /> OUR APPROACH TO YOUR ASSIGNMENT <br /> We propose a multi-phased approach to this project with tbe opportunity to assess progress at <br /> the end of each phase. <br />.
