You have previously received information on The Brimeyer Group regarding our experience and background in pub] ic sector management. I will be responsible for managing the assignment and I look forward to once again working with the . City of Arden Hills on this very worthwhile project. OUR UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR ASSIGNMENT You are currently in the process of filling the position of City Administrator and have decided to proceed as expeditiously as possible. You have asked us to assist you in developing a Position Profile. We will also be involved in the direct recruiting of candidates, the screening of candidates, and present to you a list of 5-7 candidates from which you will choose 3-4 for interviewing. Typically, the salary range for a City Administrator is $42,000 to $52,000, however, it is generally understood and accepted that with the additional responsibilities in Arden Hills the starting salary would be more in the $45,000 to $50,000 range. The additional responsibilities will include supervision of the Director of Public Works and the Parks and Recreation Director plus general management responsibilities. OUR APPROACH TO YOUR ASSIGNMENT We propose a multi-phased approach to this project with tbe opportunity to assess progress at the end of each phase. .
