APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Hicks moved, seconded by Malone, to approve the minutes <br /> of May , ' 1992 Regular Council Meeting as prepared. <br /> .Ll. , <br /> Motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> HOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Growe to approve the Consent <br /> Calendar and authorize execution of all necessary <br /> documents contained therein.
