Counteruarts. This Agreement may be executed <br /> in any number of counterparts, each of which shall constitute one <br /> and the same instrument. <br /> Section 6.6. Law Governinq. This Agreement will be <br /> governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state. <br /> Section 6.7. Exoiration. This Agreement shall expire on <br /> . August 1, 1994, unless earlier terminated or rescinded in <br /> accordance with its terms. <br /> Section 6.8. Provisions Survivina Rescission or Exoiration. <br /> Sections 4.5 and 4.6 shall survive any rescission, termination or <br /> expiration of this Agreement with respect to or arising out of <br /> any event, occurrence or circumstance existing prior to the date <br /> thereof. <br /> Section 6.9. Amendments to Aareement. Notwithstanding the <br /> foregoing, in the event that the city determines that the porject <br /> is not at least 50% complete on or before January 2, 1992 (unless <br /> waived by the Developer) certain provisions and sections of this <br /> Agreement shall be amended, without further actions ot the <br /> parties, to provide as follows: <br /> "Note PaYment Date means August 1, 1994, and each February 1 <br /> and August 1 of each year thereafter to and including February 1, <br /> 2006; provided, that if any such Note Payment Date should not be <br /> a Business Day, the Note Payment Date shall be the next <br /> succeeding Business Day;" <br /> . 18499 <br /> 15 <br />
