Recommends employee benefit and personnel policy <br /> programs and coordinates all phases of personnel <br /> administration. <br /> 4. Ensure effective management and utilization of all physical <br /> assets. <br /> a, Plans for replacement or upgrading of equipment and <br /> other assets as appropriate. <br /> b.
