I am being transferred to Ft. Worth, Texas, by my <br /> employer Burlington Northern Railroad. <br /> . I have appreciated the chance to serve the community of <br /> Arden Hills for the past approximately five years. Many <br /> changes have occurred during that time in the makeup of the <br /> Council, key staff personnel and the financial environment <br /> within which we operate. I have enjoyed working with you <br /> and with the fine, dedicated staff at city Hall. <br /> I leave with the satisfaction of having a formal investment <br /> policy in place, an investment portfolio that is performing <br /> well and with the city having virtually no debt outstanding. <br /> I also have made my recommendation verbally to Mayor Sather <br /> concerning the function of Treasurer and my replacement. <br /> My family and I have enjoyed our time in the beautiful City <br /> of Arden Hills and hope that the future will be bright and <br /> financially sound for our fine community. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> d~" <br /> Frank C.
