The amount requested cannot exceed the lesser of$50,OOO or ten percent <br /> of the city's proposed property tax levy. The Commissioner's approval may be in <br /> the amount requested or in a lesser amount detennined by the Commissioner <br /> based upon the information submitted in support of the appeal. The <br /> Commissioner's decision is final. <br /> Cettlfication of Final Property Tax Levy <br /> 1. Each city within the COUllty must certify its finalcbopertb tax levy to the county auditor <br /> no later than 5 working days after December 20 ecem er 28, 1992), No exceptions or <br /> extensions will be gran ted, " <br /> 2, Market value based referendum taxes must be certified separately from the rest of the <br /> city's final property tax levy. <br /> 3.
