Accepted all bids. 2. Ordered the preparation of the proposed assessment roll, and schedule a public hearing to be held on September 28, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. AUGUST 17, 1992 - 1. Adopted Resolution No. 92-61 approving plans and Specifications and Ordering Advertisement for Bids. 2. Directed the Public Works Department to bring in a firm within the next two weeks to attempt to unclog the existing Arden Place pipe at a maximum cost of $500. - JULY 27. 1992 - . 1. Continuation of the publie hearing from 6/29/92. 2. Adopted Resolution No. 92-53 Ordering the Preparation of Plans and Specifications in the Matter of Arden Place Drainage ImproVIDent, using the option which directs runoff to property owned by the Arden Hills Island Beach Club. JUNE 29, 1992- 1. Improvement Hearing. 2. Directed the City Attorney to determine easement acquisition costs involved in addressing Arden Place drainage problems using both of the options outlined by the City Engineer 3. Report findings to Council for consideration at the July 20, 1992, Council worksession. 4. Continue the Arden Place Improvement public hearing at the July 27, 1992, Council meeting. MA Y 26, 1992 - 1.
