CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 92 - 66 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE <br /> 1992 ARDEN PLACE STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 92-61, competitive bids were solicited and received for the 1992 Arden <br /> Place Storm Sewer improvement as set forth in the bid tabulation attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the responsibility of the bidders and <br /> determined that Ro-So Contracting, Inc., is the lowest responsible bidder; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> 1. The Mayor and.L:ity Administrator are authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City, such <br /> contract with Ro-So Contracting, Inc., as is approved by the City Attorney for the completion of the <br /> . 1992 Arden Place Storm Sewer improvement according to the approved plans and specifications <br /> designated in Resolution 92-61. <br /> 2. The City Administrator is authorized and directed to forthwith return to all bidders the deposits made <br /> with their bids upon execution of the contract above specified. <br /> Passed and adopted this 28th day of September, 1992. <br /> ATTEST: Thomas R.
