Attor:ney <br /> Fill a recommended against appeal. <br /> Malone asked counsel if the assessment roll for: the pr:oject . <br /> should be amended because of this judgment. Attorney Filla <br /> said this matter will appear: on a Council agenda in the near: <br /> future. <br />ARDEN PLACE DRAINAGE ISSUE <br /> Councilmember Mahowald asked if the Ci ty will be pr:epar:ed in <br /> two weeks to conduct an assessment hear:ing on the Ar:den <br /> Place drainage issue.
