Mayor Sather arrived at 7:54, <br /> during "Arden place Assessment Hearing". Also present were: <br /> City Attorney, Jerry Filla; City Engineer, Mark Graharn; <br /> Clerk Administrator, Dorothy Person; Deputy Clerk, Catherine <br /> Iago; Recording Secretary, Foster. <br /> ADOPT AGENDA <br /> Acting Mayor Mahowald commented that Mayor Sather ' ~ <br /> ~- <br /> expected to be a rew minutes tardy; he suggested handling <br /> . "Unfinished and New Business" berore "Public Hearingsll for <br /> the Mayor's benefit. Council agreed to do so. <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Growe, t.o adopt the September <br /> 28. 1992 agenda items as presented, with the order <br /> subject to change. Motion carried unanimously f ~ _ n \ <br /> \ ~ ..., J . <br /> APPROVAL QF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Hicks, to approve the minutes <br /> or September 14, 1992 Regular Council Meeting as <br /> prepared. Motion carried unanimously (4-0) . <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> MOTION: Hicks moved, seconded by Growe to approve the Conser, t <br /> Calendar and authorize execution of all necessary <br /> documents contained therein.
