"Unfinished and New Business" before "Public Hearings" for <br /> the Mayor's benefit. council agreed to do so. <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Growe, to adopt the September <br /> 28, 1992 agenda items as presented, with the order <br /> subject to change. Motion carried unanimou?ly (4 "0) . <br /> APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Hicks, to approve the minutes <br /> of September 14, 1992 Regular Council Meeting as <br /> prepared. Motion carried unanimously (4-0) . <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> MOTION: Hicks moved, seconded by Growe to approve the Conser;,t <br /> Calendar and authorize execution of all necessary <br /> documents contained therein.
