<br /> 4I!i' <br /> REQUEST FOR PLANNING/COUNCIL ACTION <br />ENDA SECTION: <br />ase #92-18, site Plan Amendment, 1300 Red Fox Rd, International Paper. <br />SUBJECT: Installation of above ground storage tank. <br />ZONING CODE REFERENCES WHICH APPLY: STAFF EVALUATIONS REQUIRED: <br />NOTE: This item requires a public hrg X City Engineer <br />for an SUP under the new ordinance because <br />the site is being changed. The public hrg X Planning Consultant <br />has been waived by the Zoning Adm. & Plnr. <br />because the change is not significant, and X Building Inspector <br />the only affected neighbor, Pharmacia <br />Deltec, has agreed to the screening and X City Attorney <br />placement of the tank. No public hearing <br />is required under the present ordinance, X Fire Chief <br />however, a site Plan Review by Planning <br />commission and Council is required. <br /> APPROVED FOR AGENDA BY: f <br /> Catherine J. Iago :~ <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br />MOTION #1: <br /> McGraw moved, seconded by Winiecki, to waive the Development <br />Moratorium Ordinance. All voted in favor. (6-0) . <br />MOTION #2: <br /> Winiecki moved, seconded by Erickson, to recommend to Council <br />approval of Case #92-18, site Plan Amendment for installation of above <br />ground storage tank, International Paper, as proposed in the plans, <br />based on the fact the tank is located appropriately and is screened <br />from the only affected neighboring property and subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Copies of all permits and licenses from other agencies be filed <br /> with the City <br />2. Landscape screening details be reviewed and approved by the Planner <br /> before the building permit is issued. All voted in favor. (6-0) . <br />DISCUSSION: <br /> The Applicant advised the Commission that the tank will be <br />painted white to match the existing building and lessen its visual <br />impact. <br />
