The EDC should also consider the provided <br />consolidated list of strategies and provide a ranking of the items and indicate individual interest in <br />working on items within smaller groups or sub-committees. Discussion could include a <br />conversation about the goals behind the identified strategies and what resources could be leveraged <br />for the strategies. <br /> <br />Next Steps <br /> <br />Mission Statement <br />Staff has provided the following options and motion language for the work plan mission <br />statement. <br /> <br />1. Recommend Approval <br />2. Recommend Approval with Amendments <br />3. Recommend Denial <br />4. Table <br /> <br />Strategies <br />Based on the prioritization given by the EDC, staff will update the drafted work plan to reflect <br />strategy prioritization, interest from Commissioners, and possible resources needed and available <br />for the identified strategies. An update with this information will be tentatively scheduled for the <br />May 22, 2024 EDC meeting. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />A.
