Fischer noted that the letter did not appear <br />. to be objecting to the garage, b.rt objecting to the overall developnent <br /> of this site. <br /> Zonin;J Administrator advised Conunission that arv-<><:sory l:uil~ must be <br /> setback 10 feet fran the rear property line and 5 feet from the side <br /> property line in an R-2 district. She noted the plan showed the <br /> setbacks reversed and asked the Applicant if these requirements could be <br /> met for placement of the structure. <br /> OWen Rasmussen agreed to place the structure 10 feet fran both the rear <br /> and side property lines. <br /> Petersen moved, secorrled by Piotrowski, to recommerxi to Council <br /> approval of Case #92-19, Waiver of the Developnent Moratorium Ordinance <br /> to allow construction of a garage utrler the existing Ordinance based on <br /> the reasons outlined in the Planner's report dated 11/4/92.
