The development of the <br /> home at 2020 Thorn Drive has already greatly exceeded the scale of the surrounding neighborhood <br /> in that it is a two+ story building with an oversized garage. Moreover, poor judgment was used in <br /> . the placemem of this home in relation to the lot and in relation to the existing dwelling at 2018 <br /> Thorn, A building of this magnitude both in square footage and visual mass should not have been <br /> allowed to be placed a mere 5 feet from the property line. This alone has substantially decreased the <br /> visibility from the surrounding homes, This single family residency already has a 3 car garage. <br /> Given the large percentage of development on this site, allowing more would only serve to further <br /> decrease the property values in the neighborhood, <br /> Sincerely I <br /> --"--'-..
