MINUTES <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> october 26, 1992 <br /> 7:30 P.M. - City Hall <br /> CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor sather called <br /> to order the regular City Council meeting at 7:30 p,m, <br /> Present: Mayor Thomas Sather; councilmembers JoAnn Growe, <br /> Thomas Mahowald, Paul Malone. Absent: Dale Hicks, Also <br /> present were: Parks Director, John Buckley; Clerk <br /> Administrator, Dorothy Person; and Recording Secretary, Shar <br /> Foster. <br /> APPRECIATION OF FLOWER POWER VOLUNTEERS <br /> Parks Director Buckley and Flower Power Representative David <br /> Sand explained that the "Gateway Gardens" project has been <br /> done for four to five years with the help of volunteers who <br /> plant and maintain ten City flower gardens throughout the <br /> . community. They offered thanks and appreciation pins and <br /> certificates, on behalf of the citizens of the City, to all <br /> participating individuals or families listed below.
