CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 4, 1992 <br />5:00 p.m. - CITY HALL <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Sather called to <br />order the Special City Council meeting at 5:00 p.m. The roll <br />being called, the following members were present: Mayor Sather, <br />Councilmembers JoAnn Growe, Thomas Mahowald, and Paul Malone. <br />Absent was Councilmember Dale Hicks. Also present were: Clerk <br />Administrator, Dorothy Person and Deputy Clerk, catherine Iago <br />and Councilmember Elect Beverly Aplikowski. <br /> <br />Malone moved, seconded by Growe, to adopt the agenda. Motion <br />carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />CANVASS ELECTION <br /> <br />Moved by Malone, seconded by Growe, that Council certify canvass <br />of the November 3, 1992, Election as submitted declaring Beverly <br />Aplikowski and Paul L. Malone as Councilmembers for a four year <br />term, and Dale R. Hicks as Councilmember for the two year <br />unexpired term. Motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />. SCHEDULE MEETING <br /> <br />Malone moved, seconded by Growe to schedule a meeting on November <br />30 at 6:00 p.m. regarding Union negotiations. This meeting will <br />be a closed session. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0). <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Moved by Malone seconded by Growe, that the meting be adjourned <br />at 5:10 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
