A 20-foot wide storm sewer utility easement has been shown in the western third of <br /> the land to be sold (parcel B). A 20-foot wide utility easement for future utilities has been <br /> added near the center of Parcel B. A small storm sewer easement is also shown in the northeast <br /> comer of Parcel B. <br /> . Two extensions of watermain with a series of water valves are shown in the western quarter of <br /> Parcel B. It is not clear what the purpose is of these numbers of water valves. We recommend <br /> seeking input from Public Works staff regarding these valves. <br /> Both John Bergly and I have discussed the pond that encroaches onto Parcel B with the attorney <br /> representing Control Data. It is our understanding that this issue was resolved at the December <br /> Planning Commission meeting.
