Intcrsection improvements would involve realigning Old Snelling and Hamline Avcnucs <br /> at a right angle with TH 51, signalization, possible wetland issue. <br /> . Frontage road alternative involves right-or-way acquisition, coordination with City of <br /> Roseville and Northwestern College, wetland mitigation. <br /> . . Estimates for both alternatives to be provided. <br /> . Appears that intersection improvement would be City's best option. <br /> . <br />
