[DRAFT--.,, <br />,-`ik�EN HILLS <br />Approved: April 22, 2024 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 8, 2024 <br />7:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the regular City <br />Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Tom Fabel, Brenda Holden, Tena <br />Monson and Emily Rousseau <br />Absent: None <br />Also present: City Administrator Dave Perrault; Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />David Swearingen; Community Development Director Jessica Jagoe; Finance Director <br />Joua Yang; and Assistant to the City Administrator/City Clerk Julie Hanson <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Councilmember Fabel requested an item be added to the Consent Agenda for a Proclamation to <br />Recognize April 2024 as Fair Housing Month in the City of Arden Hills. <br />Councilmember Fabel requested Item 8L be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion <br />as Item 9A. <br />Councilmember Holden requested Item 8F be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion <br />as Item 9B. <br />City Administrator Perrault asked if Councilmember Fabel's new item would be added under <br />Public Presentations or the Consent Agenda. <br />Mayor Grant indicated this item would be added to the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Monson seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended. The motion carried (5-0). <br />
