<br />RE: In the Matter of the Bingo Hall License of Walsh & Associates, Inc.

<br />Dear Mr. Grayson:
<br />
<br />It is my understanding that you are the attorney for Walsh & Associates, Inc., and currently
<br />represent the corporation in the matter of its bingo hall license.
<br />
<br />This is to notify Walsh & Associates, Inc., that it has failed to comply with the following
<br />conditions and requirements of paragraph 3a of the Consent Order it entered into on August
<br />24, 1992: ' ,
<br />
<br />(1) Within 122 days of August 24, 1992, Lawrence Walsh shall hold no financial interest
<br />. of any kind in Walsh & Associates, Inc., and shall have divested himself of any such
<br />interest through an arm's length, bona fide sales transaction.
<br />
<br />(2) Within 122 days of August 24, 1992, Walsh & Associates, Inc., shall submit to the
<br />Director of the Gambling Control Board documentation demonstrating that Walsh &
<br />Associates, Inc., is in compliance with the foregoing condition concerning Lawrence
<br />Walsh and will remain in compliance with that condition at all times in the future.
<br />
<br />Pursuant to paragraph 3b of the Consent Order, upon receipt of this written notice Walsh &
<br />Associates, Inc., must suspend immediately the leasing of any facility it owns to more than
<br />one organization for the conduct of bingo. Accordingly, Walsh & Associates, Inc., must cease
<br />immediately the leasing of its bingo hall facility located at 3776 Connelly, Arden Hills,
<br />Minnesota, to more than one organization for the conduct of bingo.
<br />
<br />If Walsh & Associates, Inc., disagrees with this notice, it may request a contested case as
<br />provided in paragraph 3b of the Consent Order.
<br />
<br />A copy of this notice is also being sent today to Lawrence Walsh, Gregory Rebeau, Goldie
<br />Siedow, and the City of Arden Hills. Questions concerning this notice may be directed to
