Iago, Community Planning coordinator')L <br /> RE: 1993 Liquor License Renewal for Great Lakes Restaurant <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The City was advised on 12/2/92 that the Great Lakes Restaurant <br /> was delinquent in filing tax returns and no liquor license may be <br /> issued by the City or state until the Minnesota Department of <br /> Revenue issued a Tax Clearance Certificate. <br /> The Minnesota Department of Revenue has issued the Tax Clearance <br /> certificate for payment of delinquent taxes for this applicant <br /> and authorized the City and state to proceed with processing the <br /> liquor license for Charlie Chung, Inc. <br /> The applicant has submitted appropriate documentation and payment <br /> of the first quarter license fees for 1993. The Ramsey County <br /> . Sheriff's Department has completed the background investigation <br /> for the applicant. The Fire Marshal inspection of the premises <br /> and city Attorney review of the documentation is pending. <br /> ACTION REQUIRED: <br /> Council should pass a motion under Consent Calendar to approve <br /> the 1993 Liquor License Renewal for Charlie Chung, Inc, <br /> d/b/a/Great Lakes Restaurant, for On Sale Liquor and Sunday On <br /> Sale Liquor Licenses, pending review and approval by the city <br /> Attorney and Fire Marshal. <br /> . <br />
