Dear Ms. Person: <br /> The plans and specifications for the 1993 Pavement Maintenance Improvements have been <br /> completed and a copy is attached. <br /> Public Works Supervisor Winkel and myself have met to discuss these improvements. As the <br /> City Council has requested, the plans and specifications should be kept available in the office <br /> for their review. It is the Council's direction to not provide a set of plans and specifications <br /> for each council packet. <br /> Bids for the project are due on March 3, 1993. We will take care of the advertisement of bids <br /> in the New Brighton Bulletin and the Construction Bulletin. The estimated construction cost <br /> of the project is $105,200 and the estimated project cost, including 15% overhead, is <br /> $123,700. <br /> Thc public hearing for this improvemcnt, as established by Resolution 93-08, is sct for March <br /> 8, 1993.
